Crowns and Bridges Fixing

A crown or cap is a dental restoration that covers the exposed surface of a tooth to strengthen it or improve its appearance. A bridge is a dental restoration to replace one or more missing teeth. It includes an artificial tooth or teeth which are fused to crowns on either side to provide support.

Acrylic Partial Denture

Acrylic partials consist of the denture teeth attached to an acrylic base plate. They provide good stability and retention due to the denture fitting closely and tightly against the gums and natural teeth, and the use of wrought metal clasps (retainers) to grip the teeth.

Impaction / Impacted Tooth Extraction

Infection or gum disease (periodontal disease) involving the wisdom teeth
Tooth decay in partially erupted wisdom teeth
Cysts or tumors involving the wisdom teeth

Complete/Partial Dentures Fixing

Partial dentures are removable and are easy to use. Before fixing dentures we take computerised measurements of various parts so that the designed product perfectly fits in the mouth and does not create any problem while chewing. If you are confused between dental implants and dentures, then we are here to guide you.

Artificial Teeth

Loss of permanent teeth occurs due to several reasons, ranging from accident to dental problems. Although it is nothing to be ashamed about, it sure can affect you in many ways.

Conservative Dentistry

Conservative dentistry, a treatment process whereby a minimum of healthy tooth structure is removed during the restorative process, is inherently a desirable dental objective.

Tooth Extraction

A tooth extraction may be necessary for many reasons, including severe damage or decay. One of the most common dental procedures, a tooth extraction can eliminate bacteria and improve your overall oral health.

Dental Fillings

Dental fillings are single or combinations of metals, plastics, glass or other materials used to repair or restore teeth. One of the most popular uses of fillings is to “fill” an area of tooth that your dentist has removed due to decay – “a cavity.” Fillings are also used to repair cracked or broken teeth and teeth that have been worn down from misuse

BPS Dentures Fixing

BPS is designed as a replica of human dentures which are made up of high-quality materials to work in harmonious way with the human body as the natural dentures do.
These are removable dentures.

Fixed Partial Denture (FPD)

A dental restoration used to replace missing teeth and that is permanently attached to adjacent teeth or dental implants.21 It is like a ‘bridge’ fixed on the ‘stages.’ Here, the adjacent teeth or dental implants, called abutments, act as the stages to support the FPD bridge.

Endo Surgery Or Apicoectomy

An apicoectomy is a procedure that is performed to surgically remove an infection inside the tooth and repair the roots. This is often recommended when a standard root canal procedure fails or is not an option.

Flexible Partial/Complete Denture

Flexible dentures are a relatively new type of removable prosthetics.Flexible dentures are made of thermoplastics – translucent, elastic materials, the structure of which makes it possible to simulate the oral mucosa. The range of thermoplastics that make it possible to manufacture light, durable, metal-free removable dentures is very wide.

Immediate Dentures

Immediate dentures are dentures placed in your mouth on the same day that your dentist extracts your teeth. You’ll wear these for the first several months after extraction. This way, you’ll have teeth while awaiting the arrival of your permanent dentures.

Gum Disease Treatment/ Surgery

Gum diseases such as gingivitis and periodontitis may require surgical treatment. Gingivitis is a mild form of gum disease that can cause gum redness, swelling, and bleeding. Most often, gingivitis occurs due to poor oral hygiene, plaque, and tartar buildup. Professional treatment can reverse the condition.

Prosthetics

A dental prosthesis is a dental appliance that replaces a missing tooth or covers up tooth defects. These dental appliances include implants, crowns, bridges, dentures and veneers, and some of them can be removable or permanently fixed in your mouth.

Teeth Whitening

Teeth whitening is a procedure to lighten the color of your teeth and remove stains. You can have it done at a dentist’s office, or do it yourself at home. Tooth whitening is most often done using peroxide-based bleaching agents. At-home systems contain from 3% to 20% peroxide (carbamide or hydrogen peroxides).

Tooth coloured fillings

Tooth-coloured fillings are made of a blend, or composite, of plastic resins and silica fillers. These substances mimic many of the qualities of natural tooth structure, such as wear-residence and translucency. Dental composite also helps strengthen teeth.

Surgical Dental Extraction

Surgical dental extraction involves the removal of teeth that are not easily accessible inside the mouth. This may be because they have not erupted through the gum completely or they have been fractured under the gum line.

Bleeding Gums

Fixed Partial Denture (FPD)Buildup of dental plaque causes bleeding gums, a common symptom of gingivitis, periodontitis and other forms of gums disease. But bleeding from your gums can also indicate other issues like teeth grinding, diabetes, hormone fluctuations and vitamin deficiencies.

Bone Grafting for Dental Implants

A dental bone graft is necessary when bone loss has occurred in the jaw. This procedure is commonly performed prior to dental implant placement or when bone loss is negatively affecting neighboring teeth.

Porcelain Veneer

Dental veneers are custom-made shells that fit over the front surfaces of your teeth. They conceal cracks, chips, stains and other cosmetic imperfections. Veneers are one of the most common cosmetic dentistry treatments. There are several types of veneers available, depending on your specific goals.

Surgical Extraction of Third Molar

A two-sided or three-sided flap, also known as Ward’s incision, is the ideal design of choice, with the distal relieving incision positioned buccally to avoid damage to the lingual nerve. The distal relieving incision is made 45 degrees to the distobuccal cusp of the lower third molar.

Root Canal Treatment (RCT)

When there is an acute infection with no pus accumulation in & around the tooth, RCT can be completed in a single sitting. The biggest diagnostic aid, in this case, is an X-ray. The X-ray usually indicates the presence of pus accumulation in the form of a change (radiolucency) around the root tip of the involved tooth.

Oral Surgery Procedures

Oral surgery refers to any surgical procedure performed on your teeth, gums, jaws or other oral structures. This includes extractions, implants, gum grafts and jaw surgeries. Oral surgery is usually performed by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon or a periodontist. These are dental specialists who have advanced training in oral surgery procedures.

Orthodontic Treatment

Treatment can improve the appearance of the teeth, but it can also lead to better chewing and speech function and help protect teeth from damage or decay, in some cases. To achieve these goals, the orthodontist uses a range of medical dental devices, including headgear, plates, and braces.

Bone Grafting for Dental Implants

A dental bone graft is necessary when bone loss has occurred in the jaw. This procedure is commonly performed prior to dental implant placement or when bone loss is negatively affecting neighboring teeth.

Cosmetic Filling

cosmetic filling is a substance that replaces the tooth structure that has been lost due to cavities. Dentists use a variety of hand instruments to remove the decay from cavities after first numbing the area where the procedure will be done.

Space Maintainers

he primary dentition plays a very important role in the child’s growth and development, not only in terms of speech, chewing, appearance and the prevention of bad habits but also in the guidance and eruption of permanent teeth. Exfoliation of primary teeth and eruption of permanent teeth is a normal physiological process
